Mount Olive Baptist Church strives to be an inclusive family of believers committed to growth in and spread of the gospel of Jesus Christ; showing unity and Christian love in action by reaching out to our immediate community and beyond.

Welcome to the Mount Olive Baptist Church
Welcome to the Mount Olive Baptist Church website. We appreciate your visiting with us in cyberspace and pray that your time here will aid your walk with God even as you learn more about our ministry. We are a church that believes and affirms all that God has destined for us. We, therefore, have adopted as our motto from I John 3:2 “Being and Becoming”. We celebrate in worship and in service the rights, responsibilities and rewards of a relationship with Jesus Christ. Furthermore, we recognize that God is not finished with any of us yet. Consequently, our goal, our aim, and our chief ambition is to become more like Jesus the Christ.
As you move around this site you will notice that we are under construction in some areas. Just as we “being and becoming” so this site is changing and evolving. We encourage you to bookmark us and visit often as we further develop this area of ministry. Most importantly, we extend an open invitation to join us in worship and to become part of a community of faith that is “Being and Becoming” all that God intends.
