Elite Business Strategies is supporting Virginia Department of Emergency Management with Vaccination Education and Outreach targeting vulnerable communities throughout the Commonwealth.

Field Coordinator Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for implementing a field teams’ job fair efforts in a health district/County of the Commonwealth.
Work with Recruiting Lead on recruiting tactics for each county visited.
Liaison with local CareerSource for recruiting efforts.
Work with local Health Department contacts to make connections with local staffing referral sources.
Supervise local hired Outreach Specialists

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Five years’ experience
Specific Emergency Management, Recruiting, or Project Management experience preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel software
Work Environment:
In-state travel is required
Work includes some evenings and weekends
Work is performed in various settings (community, partnering agencies, etc.)
Full-time, 40-50 hours/week for the duration of the engagement.
Salary range: $30-40/hour
