Vaccination Outreach Field Coordinator

Elite Business Strategies is supporting Virginia Department of Emergency Management with Vaccination Education and Outreach targeting vulnerable communities throughout the Commonwealth.

Field Coordinator Job Responsibilities:

 Responsible for implementing a field teams’ job fair efforts in a health district/County of the Commonwealth.

 Work with Recruiting Lead on recruiting tactics for each county visited.

 Liaison with local CareerSource for recruiting efforts.

 Work with local Health Department contacts to make connections with local staffing referral sources.

 Supervise local hired Outreach Specialists

 Reporting skills

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

 Bachelor’s Degree preferred

 Five years’ experience

 Specific Emergency Management, Recruiting, or Project Management experience preferred.

 Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel software

Work Environment:

In-state travel is required

 Work includes some evenings and weekends

 Work is performed in various settings (community, partnering agencies, etc.)

 Full-time, 40-50 hours/week for the duration of the engagement.

Salary range: $30-40/hour
